Whenever I have visited long waits and invariably have to order medication in, really lovely staff but NEVER answer the phone!??

This branch is always understaffed - it takes a long time to get served, there always seems lots of staff out the back not enough at the counter. I dropped a prescription on, returned two hours later, it still wan't ready - not good when you're on a lunch hour.
