Review of processes needed.
Second time this has happened where Boots does not have the tablets I have been prescribed. Like previously, they have had the prescription for 5 days and haven’t informed me until today that I will need another prescription from my surgery and then find another chemist that has the tablets.
This is irritating to put it mildly- had they informed me before I could have arranged another prescription earlier with my surgery.
Please can I suggest that customers are informed as soon as Boots know they cannot supply the medication.
