When I initially rand 111 this service was extremely helpful, caring, patient staff, I didn’t have to wait long for a call back then offered an appointment. I was checked and prescribed antibiotics which I was even able to collect same day on a bank holiday. Instructions were given that if did not feel any improvement over the next three days to ring 111 again, this made me feel extremely thankful for the care and kindness shown. At this stage I don’t have any suggestions for improvement as everything went so smoothly for me . Thank you for your help.
