When undergoing an eye test you want someone who is polite, willing to answer any questions and gives you confidence in their expertise. Shireen met all these requirements. If Elizabeth was the person who carried out the preliminary checks she too was very friendly and polite and carried out the tasks professsionally. I should also like to mention Tracey who was very helpful when selecting new glasses. She was very friendly but at the same time professional and knowledgeable in discusssing the various options in selecting the lenses. All round excellent service. The only aspect I'm not so keen on is using centralised telephone systems for making appointments. I much prefer to talk to the local branch!
