Optometrist's name was not printed on the prescription, just a signature and 'BOOTS OPTICIANS' and address. I am NOT complaining. Treatment was fine. There was a staff {optometrist} shortage which entailed rather long waiting times, but not to serious. Optometrist apologised for wait. Overall satisfactory visit.
