The team at Boots Opticians are second to none in terms of their customer service abilities. The optician was friendly, helpful and offered insights into personal experiences with the lens type I needed. Choosing a new pair glasses can be difficult but the team there were more than helpful in recommending a suitable frame type and also ensuring these would be comfortable in the long term. All the options available were clearly explained to me. The experience was not one of "pay the most and it will be the the best" , rather "what works best for you and is suitable for your needs". Boots Mildenhall exemplify what it is to ensure their customers happiness.
