He's absolutely fab and a credit to Boots Opticians. He was so approachable and helpful at my last appointment I came back 18 months later...and he remembered me! Made me feel like Boots Opticians offer a 'real' personal service.

Excellent - really approachable and explained things clearly. Answered my questions and addressed any concerns I raised. Totally reassured me regarding my vision, was very professional. The whole process from making the appointment with cindy, to being shown how to put the lenses in and take them out was excellent.
