Richard is accomodating, caring and diligent. He managed what was a frightening situation for me as I had sudden blurred vision. He took me through the tests and explained everything in full before referring me to my GP. I entered the surgery with questions and fear and left with clarity and calm. Thanks so much Richard!

This was the first time we have been seen by Mr Sprakes. I had known the previous optometrist, now retired, since the start-up of Boots Opticians. So we did wonder what the new optometrist would be like.
We were very impressed.
