Professional and friendly optmetrist. Made me feel relaxed (and I had visited today with a problem) and less worried. He explained what was happening/going wrong/best way forward and even talked my out of wearing my contact lens in a wonderful manner. Totally trusted him and look forward to future eye tests with him.
