Ghulam Akram dealt with me today, he was very friendly and professional, he advised me throughout the appointment. I was very impressed with his knowledge and felt he was genuinely interested in my wellbeing. He gave me plenty of time and was very amiable and reassuring, I felt very confident during and after the appointment. I would highly recommend him, I have already mentioned him to my colleague who had poor service elsewhere.
