Extremely helpful and pleasant. I had also called him between my appointments as I was concerned about dryness in my left eye and he got back to me promptly we discussed the issue and he advised me to see him in February. I feel it is important if it is possible to have the continuity with an optometrist as it builds trust and loyalty to the branch/ brand i.e. Boots as opposed to Specsavers (whom had mail - dropped me a free eye test).
