George was extremely professional, very polite and quick. He did not rush me, but completed the examination in a remarkably short time. He really made sure that I understood all elements of the results and discussed how I used my glasses at length with me to ensure that I got the right prescription. He then briefed the optometrist and handed me over to them. I thought that this was very professional indeed, and it gave me great confidence in the service I was being given.
