Miss Renton is such a pleasant person that I felt at ease throughout the various tests which were fully explained. Her manner was so reassuring that the test time passed so quickly and pleasantly. When one gets older being respected is important and Miss Renton's way of treating me was exceptional and I left feeling that my eye care was safe in her/Boots hands.
