I have been experiencing headaches abd Ms Shah took time to look into this abd provided me with satisfactory answers. She did not rush anything and repeated tests to satisfy herself . We discussed the changes since my last appointment and what precautions I needed to take. She also asked a colkeague Andrea to explain how varifocals worked. Andrea was also extremely competent and professional.
