My son had never been to the opticians before and Clair did everything she could to put him at ease. She was friendly, encouraging and took a lot of time to make sure that the experience for Jack was fun and enjoyable. Thank you very much for everything- you are a credit to the store and I will be recommending you to everyone without hesitation.
