I was given some trial lenses last year to try and no one had arranged a follow up appointment for me to change one of the lenses.I have been struggling to see out of my left eye so I wasn't very happy about this.I now have new lenses being delivered but I wasn't able to see properly out of one eye for a long time which was a massive inconvenience!!

The staff were exceedingly friendly, professional and thorough throughout. There was no wait even though I did arrive 5 minutes early for my appointment. The optometrist was thorough and assessed my eyes with care, and discussed the specific options for my needs. The lady who measured me for my new glasses was also friendly professional and thorough. I liked the way that a second member of staff had to check the colleague's computer input to ensure that the prescription details were entered correctly, and that the lenses had been measured accurately.
