The receptionist carried out all the pre-test checks very efficiently. The optician was wonderful. He made me feel as if he had all the time in the world for me. On leaving a different receptionist was very kind and thoughtful in the way she dealt with me.

Ladies were extremely helpful and friendly and the optometrist was very thorough and explained everything clear. He was fantastic with my children explaining in words they understand and told them what he was doing and why.

I have been in 4 times over the last month to change from mono vision contact lenses to vari focal lenses. I have seen 4 different opticians. They were all really good but it would have been nice to see the same person to have some consistent care but they all did a good job and I have some lenses I am happy with now.

I have used this branch for many years and have always received good service. All staff are polite, friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot suggest any improvements.
