Firstly I would like to highlight the length of waiting time; each time I visit the waiting time gets longer than the actaul appointment sessions. Yesterday I had both an eye test and contact lens check booked. I arrived before my appointment time of 1pm and didn't actually finish until 2:50 pm. That even inclided not actaully having my eye test. One lady had to leave due to the waiting time. Secondly, the air conditioning in the waiting room was arctic. Thirdly, I received a letter from you September 2017 informing I was due an eye test; which I acted upon and booked. When I met the optician I was told I was not due an eye test until 2018. Which the optician informed had been recorded on the system and which I saw for myself. So why was I sent a reminder? The best part of a 1:50 hours wasted.
