I never know what frames would suit me and it seems other opticians don't either! I've worn small, hideous frames for far too long- until I decided to pay a visit to the Piccadilly branch. I was approached by Andie who was incredibly warm, polite and professional. Her great attitude and knowledge of the products put me right at ease and she picked out a pair of Marc Jacobs frames which I absolutely adore! For the first time ever, I feel proud of my specs and beautiful when I wear them on! Thank you to the young lady for doing what others have failed to do!
