It was a really shambolic morning I had to call as well as book online as the process wasn't clear I wasn't given the info on the phone when I did call that I was needed to bring certain things. The contact lens optician was fine - the glasses check optician was really late so my appointment took from 8am - 9.50am with no word of apology. All the receptionists / assistants were rude and had terrible customer service when doing the peripheral vision and pressure tests not being able to explain what was happening or operate the machinery correctly. I felt awful and upset after the experience and was really late for work. The peripheral vision test wasn't completed properly and I didn't have time to do it as I was already so so late, but I won't be returning to feel like that again.
