Excellent Boots Opticians location! From booking the appointment to having my eyes checked everything was done carefully and properly - staff explained everything (and more when I asked for it) very clearly and competently.
Anum, who works between the front desk and helping customers with more specific needs, is a particular pleasure to be around. She was extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and exceeded the definition of 'good customer service' - a total sweetheart as well! She remembered the details of my appointment from when I came in previously and left me wishing I had another reason to go back. :)
