My appointment was originally for 4pm but I received a call to say it has been rescheduled for 3:05pm. I went in early for this time but wasn't seen until late 4pm so I didn't see the point in my appointment being moved. Only problem I had!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The long test (6 plus minutes) is very wearing and my chin became uncomfortable on the rest which requires more padding.
