My Optometrist was lovely and thorough and answered all my questions with patience and care. I actually enjoyed my experience because I was in good hands, and felt that I could trust his opinion. Just wish I could remember his name. Thank you

Very smooth, professional and quick service. Everything explained very clearly. Extremely helpful when it came to choosing frames and ordering glasses. Great to have staff with a sense of humour and a friendly manner (Elizabeth). Improvements: I would prefer for the staff not to chew gum when working (optometrist)! More tills so that payment can be processed quickly (but the store was undergoing refurbishment, so this may have been the cause for delay).

Everyone was very friendly but the optometrist was keen to sell as much as possible and gave it the hard sell. I was told my collection was at 11.15 am, one of the first of the morning. I was told how important it was to turn up on time and that if I didn't there would be all sorts of ramifications. I turned up at 11.10 am and was seen at 11.35am. No apology or even mention of being kept waiting for 20 mins. Irritating and slightly hypocritical.
