It's a lovely practice with friendly staff and Optometrist. I would say that I felt slightly pressured to buy frames there and then, which I did with the help of the staff, but as my prescription requirement is so slight, I would have liked the opportunity to go back with an honest friend (not that the staff weren't honest! - she said what she thought suited me etc). I still wouldn;t fault the service though!
