The store opens at 8:30 and none of the staff had arrived only the cover staff was there, after 15 minutes wait while he got all the computers on they were still not working and asked to ring them back and he will have the relevant information ready. I was disappointed that the staff at head office feel that they can do as they please with no consequences to there actions.
