Very good efficient service. Location near doors isn't ideal. Lady of Chinese descent was very helpful but her accent was difficult to understand. It may help if she slows her speed of speech a little but she was trying her best and I came away with a clear understanding of the options. One area I would like to see improved is a clear published explanation of pricing options rather than requiring an explanation. Without such clarity the final discussion is an exercise in upsellibg the customer . All opticians are the same but wouldn't it be good to be different?
