Impossible to get through to any department at Boots in Epsom Surrey, on the telephone!! I was trying to arrange to pick up my glasses.
Opticians are not mentioned on the answering system. Tried selecting "all other enquiries" Waited 5 minutes with no reply. Is there anyone available to deal with customer enquiries ?? Tried Pharmacy and waited for 5 mins again with no reply. Hope those dealing with urgent medication are still alive! Tried Beauty, and they eventually answered, but could not transfer me to the Opticians. They agreed to inform the Opticians who eventually phoned me.
I had also tried the dedicated Optiicans line and waited another 5 minutes with no reply.
Avoid this shop!
