Opticians were great and very experienced and helpful but I found the Hearing specialist very intimidating as she wasn't very clear with her explanation of what I was to do - I felt she was very patronising therefore I will not be returning and I won't be recommending ..however I will recommend the opticians as they were all excellent in customer care
