I went to have replacement contact lens fitted., the lenses had been waiting for 3-4 weeks as I couldn't get there earlier. I was seen late (as usual- they often keep people waiting). I was asked lots of questions which I'd already been asked in April. And irrelevant ones like 'do you just buy lenses as and when?' If optician had bothered to read notes she'd have seen I've been a customer for years, The lenses were not even the correct ones. No one had bothered to check they were the right ones, if I hadn't been collecting glasses at the same time then this would have been a completely wasted journey. Now I will have to return again next week. I work and have a family- getting time out isn't easy
