I took my children for their 1st eye test. The whole experience was very professional and all the staff were very empathetic and explained everything to the children and I.
My daughter was told she needed glasses as she has a lazy eye. We were given a fully detailed explanation as to what this was. My daughter become very upset at the shock and all the staff were very supportive and she left with a huge smile on her face.
