Whole appointment was shambolic. I arrived for. 2.00 appointment to be told that the optician was still at lunch, and that I'd have to have separate appointments for my contact lens and eye checkup. Surely staff should be briefed on this before booking them together. Totally unimpressed with the whole experience. And that's not even mentioning the staff 'insistence' that I'd previously been treated at Uxbridge! I've never even been there. Whole thing seemed very amateurish.
