The Optometrist was very thorough and was understanding of the concerns I had with my eye sight particularly a cornea abrasion in one eye and offered help and advice which I am following. She also suggested a further appointment in one week in order to ensure that the cornea abrasion is heeling correctly. I felt that it was a very professional consultation carried out in a friendly manner.

Every time I attend for appointment it is always running behind 20 mins I had to wait yesterday. In the past I've even been asked if want to go and get a coffee and go back later! Not great when life is busy.

All fine until I was taken to select some frames by the optician. I was left waiting for some time before being bumped down the queue after another customer entered the store. Poor service

First appointment of the day after the Easter break. The staff were friendly and cheerfull. All aspects of my appointment were performed in a satisfactory manner.
