I found all the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable in their respective roles. As my prescription had changed I was looking to move to a pair of varifocal lenses for the first time and needed to ask a few questions about how I might adapt to the new prescription. I found the store manager, Mrs Morkham, particularly helpful with her advice and I left the store feeling confident that I had made the right choices. Overall a very pleasing and satisfactory experience.
