The previous Optician (Nina) at the Maldon branch was incredibly thorough. Unfortunately she has left and this was not the case with the optician I saw this week. I was in and out of my contact lens check appointment in less than 10 minutes. Half the checks Nina would perform weren't done. Very disappointing, as my eye care is very important to me. The other staff in this branch are always helpful, especially Sally.
