Eye care is so important customers need to know that the opticians can be trusted to be professional and put patients first, not profit or sales. D&A were a trusted opticians and Boots appears to have continued that professionalism while adding some other quality improvements. Not all the Boots branches have the calm professional and consulting environment that Wigmore provides for its staff and customers. The Boots early story is as impressive as D&A in its commitment by its founder in Nottingham to quality public service. Highly recommended. Improvements? Honestly I cannot think of any.
