I agree with the last review. I was given this survey details two years ago when I last attended and left a glowing review, this time I must vent my anger
I attended my appointment, only to be told Mr Patel had decided to leave a year ago and finally left six months ago. The staff were unhelpful, they could not understand that I was there for my eye health check and not to buy glasses and how would they like it if they lost their long-term dentist?
As I had a red eye, I saw the optician who informed that Mr Patel replacement had left already! I was given some eye drops which made no difference. I went to see my GP who recommended I see Mr Patel-AT HIS NEW PRACTICE!. I saw him last week in St. John's Wood and he diagnosed and treated my eyes on the spot which has problem solved and he noted very early Nerve loss with his 4D OCT machine. His equipment is light years ahead of Boots and not all opticians are the same-see him once and you wont go elsewhere
