Wigmore street blanch does not need to improve anything. Please focus Ealing blanch to be improved. I live in Ealing however I am not going back to Ealing blanch never again. Staffs are rude and hopeless, always very long waiting time at the blanch. Most of my locals opinions are same as mine.
