She told me her name, I think it was anita, she was so friendly and lovely and explained everything really clearly. she was very enthusiastic about her job and I felt like she genuinely cared about me as her patient! The guys in the front of the opticians were very friendly and helpful too!

Easy to get appointment over phone and make amendments. Staff always willing to help. It's nice to have someone actual help you with your choice of frame instead of being left to decided by yourself. My father who is 87 I introduced him to Boots and he is very happy with them.
