I was seen immediately upon arrival which was great as I was on my lunch break. The eye test was thorough and Rachel explained everything in an easy and understandable manner. They were very thorough in ensuring my new glasses were exactly what I needed. You could not fault the service.

I was happy to have the appointment on time and be dealt with by three pleasant and helpful people who seemed to do a very thorough job and investigated a lot of angles. End result certainly not cheap but was not looking for that - more important to be effective
