Dr Rowley was fantastic, she explained every step of the process as we went, and how prescription would be assessed and checked in the final stages. She was friendly and informative, checked in often to make sure I understood the process, and yet was very quick and efficient. Best eye doctor I've seen in more than a decade. Would recommend her to friends and hope she is still around in two years when I need to go back!

The lady who took my appointment was really lovely and so friendly. She explained everything to me in detail and was happy to answer any questions I had. First class service from her. The only thing is I only bought my glasses one year ago and my reading prescription has now changed so I thought I would be able to just have the lenses replaced but when another lady sat with me downstairs it turned out that to do this would cost more than buying a new pair of glasses which to me is totally ridiculous. So I am now in a position where I can manage with the glasses I have but if I want to be able to read better am forced to fork out yet another £400 for a new pair.

Very patient and dedicated staff. Very friendly. Gave me good advice about selection of spectacles plus opening my options to contact lenses which I had never previously considered and will be trialling soon.
