The card was fantastic - and a follow up phone call to check the problem (an eyelash growing the wrong way and irritating the eye) was resolved. Really outstanding service and I have full confidence in the optician and support staff.

The Optometrist herself was LOVELY but I was SHOCKED at the treatment of the cashier trying to process my paperwork. One of the workers, a small Indian looking man with bad eyebrows and even worse behaviour commented on her lack of knowledge and that she "just wasted 5 minutes of his time" ...right in front of me. The lack of professionalism on his part and his attitude was disgusting. For this reason I decided to not purchase glasses from Boots.

The eye testing experience was very good, simple and easy. I was provided with all information about the tests and procedures. Overall, an excellent experience.
