My appointment was scheduled for 6.05pm and when I arrive at 6pm, I was told I was going to wait 10-15 mins because the optician had just taken a customer in. I waited 20 mins, after which the optician still didn't come. I told a colleague that I would wait 5 more mins or else would leave. It's fine to let me know that the optician is late, but I waited longer than I should have. The colleague in the end wait to check if someone else could do my appointment and turns out there were about 5 opticians people chatting at a counter! This is really frustrating and as a Boots employee, I think it's important that I share this feedback so that our customers don't have to experience it.
