Nadia is incredibly friendly and professional. She has been very courteous and that eased the 1 hour waiting time even with a set appointment. Apparently one of her colleagues had to leave which delayed the whole thing. If it was not for Nadia, I would avoid coming back to Boots SPlace.

Very good service. I have been attending Boots hearing and eye tests for many years and have no problems. The only issue is that I spent over £1500 on glasses and got less than £30 in Boots points which is disappointing. Why do I get less reward for an expensive buy when I can buy something for £10 and get better rewards. There is no incentive for others to go to Boots if they find other services like Specsavers cheaper.
