Hardeep is the Optometrist has have been seeing for a number of years. She is totally professional, very experienced and with a kind manner. My appointment was on 14 June. Also on this day a lady named Anne helped me select two pairs of frames etc., and on 23 June I went for a fitting. Again she was very professional and friendly.

I was very impressed by the help that I got from the optometrist, but more so from he help that I had from the assistant that helped me to choose my new glasses, as I had had both my cataracts removed I had had to wait a few weeks before I could order new ones.The assistant was very pleasant and caring and spent a lot of time helping me choose as I also need a pair for just reading, she also advised me that I could take out and insurance in case they get broken or scratched. The assistants name was Anne

Respected Sir / Madam, I highly appreciated Boots staff services. 1) Dr. Krishma treat me properly she properly understand my query & check it deeply my eyes. She ask me my all medical history according my health. Even She ask me my family's health problems. She behave very homely with me. She knows & speak Gujarati (Indian Language) language this is most good for me because my English is bit poor. She describe me & advice me in Gujarati. 2) Mr. Sam.. who proper describe me about benefit of contact lenses. He told me about your contact lenses Monthly plan. He told me contact lenses is more good because it is cover your full vision & no need to wear specs. Even in very busy hours he treat me very good. Many Thanks to your Boots team.
