Nothing, I've been going to boots for a few years now and normally see the same lady, we have a bit of a laugh and joke about things and she tells me off for wearing my lenses too much but I still feel comfortable telling her how often I wear them, I think the only thing is I would like to see the photo of my eye on the pre-appointment test but I was told it looked healthy, I'm just nosey

I was attended by Ms Aman Sanjha. She had had such a high excellent customer service, she was very patient with me and she helped me chose my glasses. Above all, I found all the staff very friendly, professional and helpful. I would recommend anybody with eye problems to visit Boots.
