I did not know the name of my optometrist as i was in for a contact lens check and didn't require a glasses check until next year.
Staff were helpful in the store, however prior to this is did try to make a booking online but it wasn't successfully as the site wasn't letting me select dates/times. Therefore gave up and went in store.
