I had an appointment at Halford street to be there for 10.30, contact lens fit. At 10.25 while on route I got a call to say no one available to see me and they had moved my appointment to 11.40 at Gallowtree Gate store. I arrived to find contact lenses not there but arrived within 10 mins.
About 4 of the staff from Halford Street were working in the Gallowtree Gate Store.
This appointment was for a second pair of contacts to be tried. Unfortunately neither pair of contacts were right for me.
