This was my first visit to a boots optitions as I was looking to change from my current optitions and it was not a great experience. My appointment was at 3:10 and I arrived at 3:00, I put an hour car park ticket on my car as was told on the phone the test would only take 25-30 mins, however, at 3:50 i was still waiting to see the optition and told the reception staff that I would have to go and put another ticket on my car (the car park was 2 mins away) I was literally gone 5 mins max and when I returned I was told that the optition had finished with his last patient and was now seeing the patient booked in after me as it was only a quick re-check! I didn't get seen until 4:15, over an hour after my appointment time. I was in turn late to pick my son up and wasted double the car park fee! I was very disappointed with my first experience of boots optitions and certainly won't be returning or recommending to any of my friends or family. I have to say the reception staff and the lady who did my pre check were very nice and apologetic but unfortunately that didn't make up for the hour long wait and cost of parking.
