I found the staff to be very efficient yet friendly, making me feel very relaxed. Every examination was explained to me in detail beforehand and carried out very efficiently. I was also seen at the time booked without having to sit around waiting, which was a real bonus.
All in all I found it to be a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this branch of Boots.
