The optometrist was very thorough and professional. However the booking staff had double booked the appointment with her which meant I had to wait an hour to see her. This is not acceptable and cost me money as I am self employed. Another optometrist did offer to see me which did not suit me as I wanted continuity of advice. This was my 3rd visit to update my contact lenses.
